Deleting MSN Tool Bar

Hi,
I was trying to delete the MSN Tool Bar, and I had no success. I did a disk clean up, deleted the cookies, temporary internet files, and cleared the history of visited internet websites. Even doing all these things, I couldn't delete the tool bar. So, I'm asking all of you. What should I do next. Thanks.

I never used it but possibly you might find it in the add remove programmes from the control pannel. If you see it in the list tab to find the remove button and probaply it will be deleted.
